6 eggs, 100g milk, 110g cake flour, 66g granulated sugar, 500g whipping cream, 50g sugar, Fresh strawberries (as needed), and Blueberries (as needed).

1. First, gather all the ingredients for the strawberry cupcake. Start by placing the eggs in the refrigerator for chilling. Opt for cake flour and easily accessible store-bought milk.
2. Once the eggs are chilled, crack and beat 6 eggs in a bowl, then add 100g of whole milk and mix thoroughly.
3. Gradually sift 110g of cake flour into the egg mixture. It's crucial to sift the flour to prevent clumps and ensure an even blend.
4. Use a spatula to gently fold and mix the batter to avoid clumping.
5. In a separate oil-free, water-free bowl, place the 6 egg whites and add 66g of granulated sugar. Use an electric mixer to beat until stiff peaks form.
6. Take half of the beaten egg whites and fold them into the egg yolk batter. Use a spatula to blend evenly, then pour this mixture back into the bowl of beaten egg whites. Gently fold until fully combined.
7. Prepare two cake molds and pour the batter into them, gently tapping the molds on the countertop to remove air bubbles.
8. Place the cake molds on a baking tray, lightly tap them to remove any remaining air bubbles, and then bake in a preheated oven at 140°C for 20 minutes.
9. For the frosting, place whipping cream in an oil-free, water-free bowl, add sugar at a ratio of 10:1 (cream to sugar), and use an electric mixer to beat until it forms stiff peaks and has a stable surface.
10. Once baked, immediately invert the cakes onto a cooling rack to prevent shrinking. Once cooled, you can enjoy the cake as is or proceed to decorate it further.
