A car is a non-track vehicle powered by power and has four or more wheels.
From the official birth of the automobile to the end of the 19th century, the story that happened is far more exciting than imagined.
On January 29, 1886, two Germans, Karl Benz and Gottlieb Daimler, obtained the patent for the world's first car, marking its birth. Mercedes-Benz One adopts a three-wheel setting, with small front and large rear wheels. It is equipped with a horizontal single-cylinder four-stroke gasoline engine with a displacement of 785CC, 0.89 horsepower, and a maximum speed of 15km/h.
Although the engine makes a lot of noise when working, the quality of the chain that transmits power is not good enough and often breaks. But the Mercedes-Benz One already has some basic features of modern cars, such as electric ignition, water-cooling circulation, steel tube frame, leaf spring suspension, rear-wheel drive, front-wheel steering, and brake handle.
In addition, there is a good story about promoting the recognition of automobiles. To respond to public opinion's ridicule of the unreliability of Mercedes-Benz One, in August 1888, Berta, the wife of Mercedes-Benz, drove her two sons from Mannheim in a car that had been repeatedly improved by Mercedes-Benz, passing through Wiesloch to refuel and refuel.
Driving directly to her parents' hometown of Pforzheim, the 144-kilometer journey was stumbling, but it played an excellent role in promoting the car. In the same year, the Mercedes-Benz No. 1 was launched. Because of this incident, the tall image of the world's first female driver still shines brightly.
